Y'know what I find amusing ....

... hit counters on archives where you can see how many people read a particluar part. I've always wondered how come, for example, part three of a fic can have a higher hit count than part one. I can understand hits going down over parts if someone starts to read and then decides it's not for them, but I have always found it amusing that later parts sometimes have higher hit counts than earlier ones - and sometimes by lots, not just one or two.

And this was my insightful comment for the day :).
