AtoZ Day 17: Q is for Quixotic, Queen of the Damned

We're on to Q and I admit it, I had to search around for a word today and I came up with Quixotic :). I'm afraid there is no vampiric creature for today's entry because I simply couldn't find one, however I do talk about the film Queen of the Damned and there is another instalment of Ianthe's adventures.
