So this is for the Drabble Cascade being hosted by FB3X. To see all those participating and to read their drabbles, check out the main drabble post linked at the bottom of this one. I'm doing three drabbles this week, one at FB3X, one at Tasha's Thinkings and a fanfic one here. The cascade will run all week, so please join in.
So Many Questions
by Natasha Duncan-Drake
Loki looked at his father, who nodded, and his chains and muzzle fell away.
"It is done?" Odin asked.
"All is prepared," Loki replied and enjoyed the shock on Thor's face.
"What is the meaning of this?" Thor demanded.
"When Loki saw the Chitauri and their master, he recognised great danger," Odin explained. "He called to me and we agreed on a plan."
"But father, many mortals died," Thor protested.
"Better a hundred than millions, Brother," Loki said.
"Your brother worked very hard to minimise those lost, Thor," Odin said, "and sacrificed much to do so. You should thank him."
