Amazon is most strange ...
One has to wonder why Face of the Dead still says "publishing" in my KDP back end when I know it's available on all the Amazon sites and I've already sold one. *shrug*
It takes Smashwords less then 10 mins to publish a book - Amazon takes over two days. I know which makes my life easier.
It also goes back into the same state if you so much as look at the book funny. I can understand if you change major things like the content of the book, but not if you just update the price. Most frustrating.
