Ugh ... I spoke too soon about the shoulder

It was fine today, I got lots of typing done (trying to finish a special for Halloween) and then I made the stupid mistake of conducting at choir practice. All I can say it: ow, ow, ow. Heat patch is now back in place.

Hopefully it will be better by tomorrow. *crosses fingers*
