I need to head downstairs in a minute to chop the veg for the curry I'm making. Still going through the slow cooker book Rob bought me for Christmas. The one I'm trying today is Cauliflower Balti and it needs to be on for about 4 hrs. I have a party next week and if it's a good one, I think I might use it to feed the peeps staying over :). It's a mild curry, so should go down okay ::g::.
