I have just finished making sweets for people's stockings. I have two huge bags of vanilla fudge, one huge bag of chocolate fudge (was supposed to be
caitlen's recipe, but because I am an idiot ended up a bizarre version all of my own), two huge bags of coconut ice and two trays of peppermint creams. Now all I have to do is put it all in little bags and do it up with ribbon.In case you're wondering how I came up with my own chocolate fudge recipe, it's really simple. I was making my second batch of vanilla fudge and I managed to caramelise it a little. Well vanilla fudge looks silly with little caramel bits, so I dumped a whole load of cocoa in it to hide it - LOL. Tastes good, so I'm not arguing, but I will get round to making
caitlen's recipe sooner or later.
