Boiled sweets :)

I'm branching into boiled sweet making ... because it's fun.

I purchased a sugar thermometer on Friday and started experimenting today.

I have just finished my first batch of nut brittle and it's yummy :). Am sending some to work with Rob tomorrow for taste testing en masse ::g:: I used cashews and peanuts (because that's what I had) and it's nummy, even if I do say myself.
