I made mini pound cakes with the caramel icing and added silver balls and little stars to make them Christmasy.
And I also made some mini Christmas cakes. I made the cake about three weeks ago and have been feeding it brandy since, and last night I cut it into rectangles and marzipaned and iced them.
Then I put them all on shiny card and wrapped them in pretty cellophane.
Was fun, but walking is an issue today and my back hurts - LOL
