ihlanya posted about this and she didn't ask us to repost, but I thought it was good cause and deserved some recognition. Near her up in Scotland there is an animal sanctuary called Willows which is a registered charity, but they have been hit by the recession. They are in danger of closing, which would mean all the abused animals they home would have to be put to sleep. They look after animals which cannot be re-homed with other people because of the abuse they have suffered, so there is no alternative for them.Money has been tight this year for everyone, but if you can spare just a little, their site is here:
