I made peanut butter pie from this recipe: http://rainien.livejournal.com/124061.html and it's lovely. For those shopping in Sainsburys - if you are buying the pastry case/ base (like I did because I couldn't be bothered to make pastry ::g::) - then the recipe does two ::g::. I also used double cream instead of "Cool Whip". You can only eat a little bit at a time, but, if you like PB, it's lovely. I brought one of the pies to work with me and have left it in the fridge for anyone to have a bit - I am waiting to see who is brave enough :).
