It appears I have full blown food poisoning - joy!
I am currently sitting at my desk, nibbling dry cornflakes and drinking Lucozade. I tried some of this stuff that's supposed to replace loss salts and water, but, quite frankly I cannot even swallow it! YUCK! Whoever claimed it was blackcurrent flavour LIED!
