Rob's been promoted :D

Some of you already know this because I squeed to a select few before it was confirmed, but Rob has just been confirmed as the new head of R&D at his company so I can squee to everyone now. I am so proud of him :D. He's been working so hard and that's being recognised and it's wonderful.
