They are up in five categories.
This link is to the band category - so you have to click on Tokio Hotel down the left side and click the vote button.
The links in the middle are the other categories and you can use those buttons to vote on those.
It will let you click multiple times in each category until it comes up with "Sorry maximum votes reached" and you can return about every 15 mins to revote. It takes about 20 secs a time to vote for them as many times as possible, so if you have a spare minute or two, please go click for TH.
