Ramble, Ramble ...

This exercise milarky actually seems to be working - yay! Been using the weights machine every other day for two weeks now and the flabby bit are shrinking and I'm getting stronger. Put on my jeans yesterday to find that I didn't have the breathe in to do them up. This is happening much faster than I expected, which is good :). Got a long way to go, but it's nice to see progress.

I managed to do the butterfly press with two levels of weight rather than one today which made me proud. Considering the fact that I could barely move it with two weights at the end of last week I am pleased :). Now what I have to do is figure out how to do some of the standing leg exercises without falling flat on my face. Because of my talopies [Edit: y'know you'd think I'd be able to spell a condition I've had since birth wouldn't you ... it's talipies, sorry about that] I can't stand on one foot without falling over and I find it hard to balance even on two when pulling weight so either I need something to hang on to or I have to adapt them. It is a conundrum.
