LJ layout

Okay, so it seems that only IE is screwing up on my new style, and it's not just the latest version. Unless you're logged in the older versions don't show the side menu, although everything else looks okay. Most odd - especially since I built the css file using Visual Studio! Hmm - I think I need to do some more testing.
