Anyone trying to download the podcast, it's down - my wonderful ISP introduced a download limit of 100MB a day, which they neglected to tell anyone about, and since I've shifted 12 GB in five days they've shut down my site.
I will have to change the location of the podcast. I'll let you know once it's up.
