Galette - French Almond Tart
This is a Mary Berry recipe from the BBC website that I used at Christmas for those of us who didn't like Christmas pud. It is very yummy and I've typed up my own version on my Tasha's Thinkings blog because I wanted to add in US cup measurements and some pointers of my own.
I've also added in what we served it with (marinated pears) and a really easy way to make them.
I've made it twice now and it is so easy and would be a great dinner party pud.
