Good morning and Happy Birthday to...

I hope everyone had a good weekend. My Aunt was down from London so we have raclette for lunch on Sunday - it was a lot of fun. For those who don't know with raclette you have a griddle on which you can cook meat and fish and veggies if you want them chargrilled, and a grill underneath where you have a little pan and you put (pre-cooked)potatoes, cheese and other veggies to toast. Bit like fondue without the dipping ;).
