Hmmm ... dark fantasy ...

I've been looking for review sites who take indie books today and I came across the genre "dark fantasy", but I'd never heard of it before. I thought I'd come across most of the genre descriptions, but this is a new one on me.

Turns out this is the description from wikipedia:
Dark fantasy is a subgenre of fantasy which can refer to literary, artistic and filmic works that combine fantasy with elements of horror. The term can be used broadly to refer to fantastical works that have a dark, gloomy atmosphere or a sense of horror and dread.

There is a genre description for The Avebury Legacy and I never knew :) Learn something every day.
